Wale Sorinmade
Chief Executive Officer
Wale Sorinmade has a mixed blend of experience in the motor industry, support services, and Project Management. In total this spans over thirty nine years both in private and public sectors in the UK.
His academic qualifications and knowledge are grounded in engineering, having gained an HND in Aeronautical Engineering from Southall College of Technology. Further studies at Brunel University (UK) in Product Design and Manufacturing. However at the end of the first year, he transferred to Westminster University where he gained BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering and Artificial Intelligence.
The challenge and the need for improving maintenance culture as a means of reducing and maximizing investment are the main reasons for co-founding BOND INTEGRATED LIMITED. The business model is to troubleshoot and determine the cost-effective ways to maintain infrastructures and/or equipment to keep them in good working order and prolong their life span.
Oladimeji Ken Akinola
Chief Financial Officer
Ken Akinola is a seasoned business professional with over 40 years of consulting experience, combining expertise in financial services, business, and real estate management. With his academic and professional background spanning over several years, Akinola holds a Chartered Banker Qualification of England and Wales and possesses multiple postgraduate degrees in Business Administration (MBA), National Development, & Urban Poverty Alleviation (MSc) from Keele University (Staffordshire, UK) and London South Bank University (London, UK), respectively, and is an advocate of lifelong learning.
As a hands-on entrepreneur, Akinola has business interests in both the United Kingdom and Nigeria. Ken Akinola had several vocational trainings and experience in real estate maintenance and management. He has a flair for high standards of work and finishing and advocates for a greater maintenance culture that can significantly prolong infrastructure in Nigeria.
Olumuyiwa Obafemi (PhD)
Business Development Director
Dr. Obafemi Olumuyiwa is an accomplished marketing executive, business strategist, and corporate trainer with over 25 years of progressive experience across key sectors of the Nigerian economy, including telecommunications, academia, and publishing. His extensive background and proven leadership have positioned him as one of the most respected marketing minds within the publishing and knowledge-development ecosystem.
Before joining Bond Integrated Limited, Dr. Olumuyiwa held senior management roles with globally renowned publishing institutions such as Learn Africa Plc (formerly Longman Nigeria Plc), Melrose Books and Publishing Ltd, and Cambridge University Press (Nigeria/West Africa). His work across these organizations has shaped market direction, strengthened sales systems, and supported business expansion across West Africa. He serves presently on the board of BenchMak Technocraft Limited as its Marketing Director.
A dedicated lifelong learner and researcher, he has authored numerous publications and delivered seminar papers in reputable local and international journals. Dr. Olumuyiwa has participated in a wide range of professional development programs, both within Nigeria and abroad, reflecting his commitment to continuous growth and industry relevance.
He holds multiple postgraduate degrees and with his recent attainment of a Doctorate in Business Administration, he reinforces his expertise in strategy formulation, business transformation, and organizational development.
